What is Notarizing?

Notarization is the process where a notary public witnesses the signing of important documents and verifies the identity of the signers. This adds an official certification that helps prevent fraud and ensures the authenticity of documents.

Common documents requiring notarization include:

What is Commissioning?

Commissioning refers to the process where a Commissioner of Oaths administers oaths or affirmations and witnesses signatures on legal documents such as affidavits. This service is often required for court documents and government submissions.

Important Requirements:

  • Two pieces of valid government-issued ID required
  • By appointment only
